This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while participating in a collaborative virtual environment. As a remote mental health professional, you will engage regularly with colleagues through virtual meetings, maintaining a sense of connection and support while delivering high-quality care. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, develop clinical diagnoses, and create tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based methodologies, ensuring therapeutic interventions meet the unique needs and objectives of each client.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, providing stabilization and guiding them towards appropriate follow-up care.
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate, confidential records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, therapeutic options, and available community resources, advocating for their rights and best interests.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending training, workshops, and collaborative meetings to stay updated with best practices in mental health therapy.

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals, couples, families, and groups facing a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management. You will provide culturally competent care tailored to the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, helping them navigate personal challenges and work towards their goals in a supportive environment.

• Current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the State of Massachusetts.
• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required; advanced degrees (Master’s or Doctoral) are preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a therapeutic setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong work ethic, with a commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards in practice.

• Experience in a clinical environment is advantageous, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply if they are licensed.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Prior experience in telehealth or remote counseling is a plus.

Touchstone Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
