As an Immigration Attorney, you will play a critical role in advising corporate clients, developing immigration strategies, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations. Your Role & Impact As a U.S. Immigration Attorney, you will: Prepare and file employment-based visa petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant), including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and adjustment of status applications

Develop tailored immigration strategies that align with business needs while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
