AO Globe Life is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our remote Customer Sales team. You don't need previous insurance experience, we're looking for people who are eager to learn, enjoy connecting with others, and want to build a long-term career.

What You'll Be Responsible For

In this role, you'll connect virtually with individuals who have already requested information about their benefit options. Your goal is to make the process simple, informative, and comfortable by understanding each person's needs, answering their questions, and helping them make confident decisions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Meeting with clients through scheduled virtual appointments
• Learning about each client's needs and recommending suitable benefit options
• Providing clear, accurate information while delivering outstanding customer service
• Guiding clients through applications and required documents when they choose to move forward
• Maintaining organized and accurate client records
• Continuing to strengthen your product knowledge through company training and coaching
