Job Description     

Note: Looking for a Sr. candidate with strong financial background, should have experience with Reference Data and Data Modeling (MDM experience will be huge), and should have experience with CRM ( any CRM like Salesforce or Siebel or Dynamics etc). Candidate can be remote but cannot take candidates in Pacific Timezone ( no PST candidates). Looking for a real time candidates with over 12+ years of experience. 

Description:

We are ready to engage a client analyst into the team. Providing a high-level description of what the role would be, but please keep in mind that this person will continue beyond CRM to be the primary support analyst for the client workstream that will include client master and client reporting. We need a senior resource who can run fairly independently.
 

  1. Review and validate BRDs for the Client CRM
  2. Review data spec that will sit alongside the BRD for Client CRM
  3. Review the proposed CRM data model to ensure it aligns with broader business requirements
  4. Review and provide feedback on the CRM data mapping and migration plan
  5. Collaborate on how the CRM will integrate with other systems from a data perspective, including the creation of a data flow diagram (EA also)
  6. Confirm data sources & calculations 
  7. Advise on data ownership and stewardship
  8. Provide test datasets & a framework for testing the data migration and flows to ensure everything works as intended before going live
  9. Manage data cleansing & validation processes within MDM, relating to Client CRM data
  10. Opine on a plan for maintaining data quality and governance post-implementation, including regular audits and updates
  11. Ongoing: Evolve Client and Client Portfolios Masters with new attributes, as required
  12. Review and provide feedback on the access and permissions model to ensure that data access aligns with business needs and security protocols (Compliance also)
