Who are we?

Dynamic Connections is a leading North American third-party logistics company that provides integrated solutions for our customers.  Dynamic Connection creates, sells and executes intelligent logistics solutions that provide peace of mind and seamless movement of our customer's products. Our consistent service and communication make us an extension of our customers, and provides them with a seamless, stress-free transportation experience.

At Dynamic Connections, we treat our employees like we treat our customers - with honesty, integrity, and respect. We enjoy working together and making sure every day counts. What are we looking for?

Our business is growing so we have an ongoing need to build and scale our Sales Team. As a Business Development Manager - Refrigerated Division, you will join our Boomer Fresh Team.  This is a division of Dynamic Connections that focuses specifically on produce and refrigerated goods in Canada and the US markets. What's unique about this role is that you control your success.  You will be responsible for driving produce business growth by effectively developing a pipeline of potential customers in conjunction with the ideal customer profile of the business. You will focus on prospects in the US that ship produce products on refrigerated equipment both domestically and cross border.  Your role is to identify, prospect, and secure new customers. You will use a variety of different tools and methods, with the support of the entire organization.
You will build meaningful and rewarding relationships with your customers. These are long term relationships where we strive to solve problems and fulfill our customers' needs.  You know this industry well and understand the changing nature of the refrigerated world. We operate in an enormous industry; the opportunities are limitless. You define the successful career path and compensation that you desire, but our expectation is that you have successfully transacted in this space for several years.

To be successful in this role, you bring:
  • A proven track record in sales. You have achieved success; you can converse deeply about quantitative and qualitative metrics.
  • A natural born communicator. Active listening and clear communication are the most important skills in our business; you know how to effortlessly communicate with customers (existing and potential) so that we can understand who they are and what they need.

  • Endlessly curious. You enjoy the thrill of the hunt and the search for new customers and new problems to solve. We are in the business of solutions; you are someone who understands how our business can remedy customer pain points and find creative solutions.

Bonus Points:
  • Experience with Salesforce an asset, but not required, ideally you come with previous sales software experience to be data driven and customer focused. If Salesforce is new to you, come ready to learn and grow!
Our pledge to you and what we offer:
  • This is a full-time permanent position working with our Dynamic 'Green Team'. If you are remote, you have proven experience in produce or refrigerated sales. We like to support our teams coming to office to collaborate throughout the quarter.
  • We offer competitive compensation based on your experience level. We are hiring for entry level and mid-level sales talent. We have a very competitive commission structure to reward your efforts.
  •  We offer a competitive benefits package; you will receive a company paid laptop computer and the latest iPhone along with a company paid phone plan. We also offer mileage per km for site visits and have two company vehicles if you don't have your own car.
  • We believe deeply in your success. We offer professional development courses and the opportunity to develop your career with Dynamic Connections. We are committed to your professional growth and strive to promote from within.
  • We are backed by a top tier private equity firm; this offers deep stability and support.  We regularly access training, knowledge sharing and resources to ensure you are operating at the peak of your game.
$80,000 - $100,000 a year
We have an uncapped commission structure with accelerators in place.
Our culture is a vibrant one; we host regular team building events, have monthly team lunches and believe in rewarding and incentivizing our team fully for their ongoing commitment.  We honor our team through prizes, perks and regular raffles and events. We welcome people of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We are an equal opportunity employer, and we are committed to working with applicants requesting accommodation at any stage of the hiring process.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
