Duration: 12-month contract with possible extension
Location: Santa Clara, CA (#LI-Remote)
Pay Range: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the administration and operation of a global cloud infrastructure supporting a large-scale SaaS product. You will leverage your expertise in systems administration, networking, and automation to ensure platform availability and efficiency. The position involves close collaboration with engineering teams to prepare new services for production and resolve complex operational issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Automate manual tasks using scripting languages.
  • Enhance large-scale infrastructure projects like patching and provisioning.
  • Develop and implement procedures for manual maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure production readiness for new services through design review and testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents impacting production environments.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Expert-level Linux administration.
  • Proficiency in Python or Shell scripting.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure components.
