Role Description Join Cengage as an Enrollment Representative and be part of a team dedicated to helping learners worldwide reach their educational and career aspirations. You will support our mission by connecting with prospective students and steering them toward programs that align with their goals. What You Will Do Prioritize qualified leads generated through multiple channels, including our website, referrals, live chat, and telephone.

Match prospective students with the most suitable program while ensuring a top‐notch customer experience at every touchpoint. Deliver the highest quality student experience from first contact through enrollment. Work as a motivated self‐starter with a passion for sales, customer service, and education.

Perform basic computer tasks and troubleshoot technical issues to keep operations smooth. Technology Requirements Basic Computer Literacy – confident use of operating systems and common software applications. System Navigation – proficiency in web‐based platforms, CRM systems, and enrollment tools.

Troubleshooting Skills – resolve connectivity, login, and navigation challenges. Adaptability – learn new technologies and adjust quickly to updates. Communication Tools – familiarity with email platforms, video conferencing, and instant messaging.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Skillfully ask probing questions and overcome objections. Counsel prospective students regarding their educational and career objectives. Guide students through the enrollment process.

Implement strategies to meet enrollment objectives. Required Skills Technical expertise and capability to operate applications. Reliable Wi‐Fi connection (not a hotspot).

Preferred Skills Proven success in a customer‐facing role. Some college coursework or degree. Prior experience in Student Admissions/Enrollment.

Hourly Compensation $21.25 - $27.88 Compensation and Benefits The base pay range is provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often include a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
