What Youll Do

Are you passionate about travel and great customer service? Do you enjoy helping people find the right solution, solving problems quickly, and working in a fast-paced international environment? As a Corporate Travel Consultant Spanish-English, youll support business travelers and corporate clients throughout their travel journey. From booking flights and hotels, to managing changes, cancellations, and unexpected travel issues, youll make sure every trip runs as smoothly as possible.

During a Typical Day, Youll

  • Manage corporate travel bookings including flights, hotels, rail, car rentals, and other travel services, using Spotnana and other travel booking platforms to create accurate and efficient reservations.
  • Provide professional, personalized support to business travelers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels, ensuring a consistently high level of customer service.
  • Handle new reservations, changes, cancellations, rebookings, and itinerary adjustments, while ensuring bookings comply with traveler preferences and corporate travel policies.
  • Support travelers through flight disruptions, schedule changes, missed connections, cancellations, and other travel-related challenges, quickly identifying and implementing the best available solutions.
  • Recommend travel options by balancing company travel policies, traveler preferences, availability, and cost, while using Spotnana and other travel technology to optimize the traveler experience.
  • Collaborate with airlines, hotels, travel suppliers, and internal teams to resolve complex travel situations and provide end-to-end support.
  • Maintain accurate traveler and booking information while staying up to date on travel products, destinations, booking procedures, corporate travel policies, and industry regulations.

What You Bring to the Role

  • 3 or more years of hands-on experience using Spotnana Agent Desktop
  • Fluent Spanish and strong English, both written and spoken.
  • Corporate travel servicing experience, including reservations, ticketing, changes, cancellations, refunds and disruption management
  • Ability to work from home in Greece, aligned with the Athens operation
  • Customer-focused with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional traveler experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
