Reporting to the Director, the Manager - Delivery & Cloud Platform plays a key role in achieving organizational objectives by ensuring both team performance and the quality of delivered solutions.

Leveraging their expertise in cloud environments and software delivery, they ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of development operations, coordinate activities, and optimize resource utilization to meet business priorities.

  • Take ownership of strategic orientations and ensure their implementation within the team
Deliverables Management
  • Ensure the achievement and follow-up of team objectives in compliance with standards and best practices
  • Prioritize assignments based on business objectives and adjust priorities as needed
  • Validate timelines, effort estimates, and proposals based on team capacity
  • Manage priorities coming from multiple stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, decisions, and security and governance controls
Team Management
  • Ensure a shared understanding of objectives and decisions within the team

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS THAT WILL MAKE YOU A KEY MEMBER OF OUR TEAM
  • More than 10 years of experience in software development, with strong team management experience (minimum 5 years)
  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Experience managing a team in a DevOps or cloud environment, with the ability to develop team members' capabilities
  • Pragmatic leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities, with a proven track record of delivering on plans
  • Strong knowledge of cloud environments (ideally Azure) and related considerations: performance, security, and operations
  • Hands-on experience with cloud delivery tools and technologies (e.g., Terraform, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, PowerShell) and Azure services (AKS, ACR, Key Vault, Entra ID, etc.)
  • Ability to mobilize others, communicate effectively in both French and English, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders (the role may involve interactions with English-speaking stakeholders)
