• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including crisis intervention strategies and behavioral guidelines, ensuring individualized care for each client.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation to meet regulatory standards while utilizing evidence-based screening tools as indicated by our clinical team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to client needs.
• Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating commitment to compliance and quality assurance.
• Serve as a liaison to governmental and community agencies as needed, fostering partnerships that enhance care access and continuity.
• Establish and sustain effective communication channels to meet the organization's contract standards and promote community engagement.
• Develop relationships with various stakeholders to promote CenCal's programs and identify new alliances, partnerships, and funding avenues.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through conferences, training, and community presentations to continuously enhance expertise.
• Support the integration of our agency's mission, values, and principles in all aspects of your work.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to further enhance our service delivery.

The Klinc's services cater to a diverse clientele, including individuals facing mental health hardships, those recovering from substance abuse, and patients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your role will involve connecting with clients from varied backgrounds, employing empathy, and understanding to guide them towards healthy coping strategies and recovery pathways. A strong commitment to person-centered care and community involvement will be essential for successful outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• Possession of an Independent LPCC License is essential for this role.

While a minimum of one year of experience in a mental health counseling setting is required, we highly value additional experience working with diverse populations, familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, and past involvement in program development or community outreach initiatives. Experience with evidence-based treatment approaches will be highly beneficial.
