• Assess and recognize signs and symptoms of mental health disorders, applying appropriate therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients, closely monitoring progress to make timely adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all client information, adhering to ethical standards and practices at all times.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive care plan encompassing various aspects of clients' well-being.
• Act as an advocate for clients, providing crisis intervention and support during critical situations, ensuring their immediate safety and mental health needs are prioritized.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge of contemporary practices in clinical therapy.

Our practice serves a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. The LMFT will work with clients from various backgrounds and age groups, emphasizing a culturally sensitive approach that respects and values each client's unique experiences and perspectives. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, along with an active LMFT license in the state of California, free of any disciplinary history.
• Demonstrable understanding of ethical practices, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all client interactions.
• Proficient knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and more, to address diverse mental health issues effectively.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health, counseling, or therapeutic setting.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and an aptitude for using technology to facilitate effective remote therapy sessions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package inclusive of health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
