Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments, gathering comprehensive data to inform individualized treatment plans that address specific client needs.
  • Design and implement therapeutic interventions aimed at assisting clients in overcoming emotional hurdles, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and complex life transitions.
  • Establish measurable, client-centered goals during therapy sessions, assisting individuals in navigating their treatment journeys and adapting plans as necessary to ensure progress.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation, including progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports, to track client advancements and uphold compliance with organizational standards.
  • Engage proactively in crisis intervention, offering immediate support to clients in distress and connecting them with appropriate resources for additional assistance.
  • Continually update your knowledge of mental health practices, staying informed on emerging trends and research to enrich your therapeutic approach.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, including adults and families from various socio-economic backgrounds, each facing unique life challenges and mental health issues. You will be instrumental in supporting clients through difficult life circumstances and mental health disorders by creating an inclusive environment that respects and understands cultural differences.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Proven diagnostic and assessment skills, with experience in developing and executing customized treatment plans.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, facilitating effective interaction with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Strong commitment to ethical practice and professional standards in mental health care.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience working in a mental health setting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience in crisis intervention and familiarization with community resources for referral purposes.
Compensation and Benefits

Your commitment to mental health care will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
