Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs, histories, and goals.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions using various therapeutic modalities, tailoring techniques to serve each client effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to exchange insights and coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach.
• Document all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment summaries with exceptional accuracy to maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, offering immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress and guiding them to appropriate resources.
