You'll design and develop enterprise solutions across SQL, Power BI, SSRS, data modeling, and reporting while helping establish scalable standards and reusable technical patterns. What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, and optimize scalable enterprise analytics and reporting solutions across SQL, Power BI, SSRS, and related technologies
  • Lead complex Analytics initiatives from requirements and technical design through implementation and production support
  • Build and optimize semantic models, analytical datasets, reporting solutions, and reusable technical components
  • Translate complex or ambiguous business needs into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
  • Establish and promote Analytics development standards, reusable patterns, documentation practices, and technical governance

  • Advanced experience with SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Power BI, including semantic modeling, DAX, Power Query, dataset design, security, and reporting
  • Strong experience developing and supporting SSRS solutions
  • Demonstrated success independently leading complex Analytics initiatives from requirements through production
  • Experience translating business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Experience establishing or contributing to Analytics standards, reusable technical patterns, or governance
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills across data, reporting, performance, and production environments
  • Experience providing technical mentorship or leadership to Analytics or BI professionals
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent education and relevant professional experience may be considered
  • Healthcare, clinical, claims, eligibility, financial, population health, or other regulated-industry data experience preferred

The CareATC Core4
Committed • Optimistic • Reliable • Empathetic
Ready to Make a Meaningful Impact?
