What You'll Do You'll be accountable for all facets of project delivery โ€” scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction. Serve as primary client contact and lead projects through successful delivery.

Administer contracts, manage scope changes, and negotiate fee adjustments. Assemble and direct project teams; manage subconsultants and subcontractors. Monitor financial performance, approve invoicing, and ensure profitability.

Oversee commissioning activities and technical deliverables. Contribute to workload planning and staff utilization. Support proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and client presentations.

Supervise and mentor technical staff as assigned. What You'll Bring Required Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline (experience may substitute). Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, especially HVAC and controls.

Experience with Building Systems Commissioning. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Strong financial, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to travel (approximately 25% average monthly; up to 75% during peak periods). Relevant technical certification (USGBC, AABC, NEBB, TABB, PMI, AEE, BCxA). Preferred PE license or active pursuit with EIT registration.
