Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate documentation per regulatory standards and organizational policies is paramount to ensure compliance and facilitate team communication.
  • Collaborate with program teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold quality standards across services.
  • Serve as a liaison to state and community partners, forming strong connections to enhance client care and programming opportunities.
  • Establish robust communication channels to meet contract standards, promoting our mission within the larger Yakima community.
  • Engage in professional development activities such as attending conferences, workshops, and representing the agency in regional meetings to build expertise and drive personal growth.

  • Complete any other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with our mission to improve client mental health.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 52,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
