• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Perform thorough clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring regular updates based on progress and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services in accordance with ethical and legal standards while using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community partners, to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment strategies.
• Participate actively in professional development workshops and team meetings to enhance your practice and share insights with colleagues.

You will work with a diverse population, addressing a myriad of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master’s Degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health treatment and consultation, with strong skills in diagnosing and managing client care.
• Strong commitment to ethical practices and excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

• Two years of post-licensure experience in a community-based setting or mental health clinic.
• Demonstrated experience working with culturally diverse populations and familiarity with various mental health conditions.
