Charlie Health & Rehab Clinical is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Licensed Mental Health Counselor include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Providing consultation on pre-crisis and crisis plans, risk assessments, positive behavioral support plans, and medication management strategies.
  • Documenting all required information in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
  • Utilizing evidence-based screening tools as part of the clinical decision-making process.
  • Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate positive behavior support plans.
  • Actively participating in accreditation processes and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.
  • Building relationships with community partners, state agencies, and relevant service systems to enhance program visibility and secure funding opportunities.
  • Engaging in professional development activities, such as attending conferences and workshops, to further enhance personal and professional skills.
  • Promoting and integrating the organization's mission and values in all activities and interactions.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the clinic’s operations and goals.

Qualifications
