Job description

At ASC Engineered Solutions, our people are the driving force behind our success. We're currently seeking a Digital Marketing Solutions Engineer. The Digital Marketing Solutions Engineer is responsible for maintaining and enabling the various digital platforms that support the marketing team's content outreach activities, including websites, marketing automation, and social media accounts. This includes daily platform management, troubleshooting, coordinating content work with Marketing Managers, and interfacing with the various related vendors and support companies.
They will be managing the Marketing Automation platform, scheduling and coordinating campaign activity with the rest of the Marketing team, including PPC advertising, LinkedIn Advertising, Social Media content posting and vendor-supplied monitoring services.
In addition, they will collaborate with the Con Tech team to enable marketing automation workflows with the CRM system and manage leads generated by the Marketing Managers.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytical, and highly collaborative martech expert with experience in B2B industries, preferably construction, building materials, or related sectors. They will partner closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver measurable growth in brand awareness, customer engagement, and qualified leads.
Digital Strategy, Collaboration and Support
  • Work with Marketing team stakeholders to develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategies.
  • Facilitate scheduling and planning for content, websites, and marketing technology enhancements.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve digital performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Content & Platform Management
  • The Marketing Managers will be responsible for content development and work with this administrator to publish and promote it for web, mobile, email, and social channels-ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business priorities.
  • Manage website functionality, updates, UX improvements, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage integrations with other systems including CRM and E-Commerce platform managed by other teams
  • Coordinate online work with the marketing team, editorial calendars, product launch plans, and integrated digital campaigns across platforms.
SEO / AI Search / Analytics
  • Support SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and performance reporting.
  • Support emerging AI search visibility, structured data, and content optimization for new search behaviors.
  • Monitor analytics across platforms, providing insights and recommendations to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion.
Social Media Management & Listening
  • Serve as admin for corporate social media accounts and coordinate content updates
  • Work with outside resources to utilize social listening tools and processes to monitor conversations, identify trends, and protect brand reputation.
  • Track performance metrics, guide content optimization and audience targeting.
Marketing Automation and Lead Management
  • Collaborate with marketing managers to execute integrated digital campaigns that generate qualified leads.
  • Ensure CRM-facing data quality and alignment.
  • Support list segmentation, nurture programs, and campaign reporting.
Agency & Vendor Management
  • Collaborate with external digital agencies, creative partners, developers, and technical vendors.
  • Assist in evaluating new marketing technologies, tools, or partners.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 5+ years of corporate marketing experience with a strong focus on digital channels.
  • Proven experience managing SEO, content, websites, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating across functions and influencing without direct authority.
  • Curiosity, openness to learning new technologies
  • Experience managing external agencies or freelance resources.
  • Familiarity and experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (We use MS Dynamics and HubSpot).
  • Experience in the construction, building materials, architecture, or industrial manufacturing industries.
  • Understanding of UX principles, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.), and martech systems.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven search trends, structured data, and emerging digital technologies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization

The base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD annually*.
