In this role, you will work entirely from the comfort of your home in a fully remote setting. • Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions ethically and compassionately via video conferencing.
• Utilize solution-focused and evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans after thoroughly assessing each client’s unique experiences and mental health status.
• Assist clients in identifying and understanding their emotions, behaviors, and relational dynamics.
• Track client progress systematically, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.
• Guide clients in developing healthy coping strategies and skills to enhance their overall quality of life.

Your primary focus will be on stabilizing low-acuity adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Our client-centric approach ensures that you work with a demographic that aligns with your professional expertise and interests. Clients come to us seeking support for issues including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and stress management.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold one of the following licenses, allowing you to practice independently without supervision: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses are accepted; disciplinary actions must not be present on your record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and an empathetic nature are essential to effectively connect with clients.
• A strong proficiency in computer literacy is necessary to navigate our telehealth platform.

• Prior experience in telehealth or remote counseling is a plus, as it enhances effective client engagement.
• Experienced in using therapy software or electronic health record platforms to facilitate client management.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and assessment tools to better serve a diverse client population.
