Job description

What We Need

CORPAY is currently looking for a Contract Senior Digital Data Analyst to help shape how we measure, understand, and improve digital performance across our web experiences. This is a senior individual contributor role for an analyst who combines technical fluency, strong business judgment, and sharp problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will support day-to-day digital analytics needs across website tagging, reporting, analysis, and data-driven personalization and experimentation. You will partner with stakeholders across digital, marketing, content, and optimization to ensure data is reliable, insights are actionable, and measurement supports better business decisions.

This role is best suited for someone who is thoughtful, curious, and highly self-directed. We are looking for an analyst who can work through ambiguity, spot issues before they become problems, and make sound decisions without needing step-by-step direction. You should be comfortable asking hard questions of the data, validating your own work, and adapting your approach when the situation does not fit a familiar pattern.

How We Work

As a Contractor, you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in a home office set up
  • Company-issued equipment + remote access

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Supporting digital analytics across websites and digital experiences, including reporting, ad hoc analysis, and measurement planning.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to translate business questions into clear measurement approaches, reporting structures, and analytical frameworks.
  • Building, maintaining, and improving dashboards, recurring reporting, KPI definitions, and insight-driven analyses.
  • Creating, organizing, and maintaining analytics documentation in SharePoint, including measurement frameworks, KPI definitions, implementation notes, reporting logic, and process guidance.
  • Identifying trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities, then turn findings into clear recommendations.
  • Serving as a strong practitioner in Adobe Analytics, including segmentation, calculated metrics, attribution, workspace analysis, and data interpretation.
  • Reviewing data critically, investigate anomalies, reconcile discrepancies, and catch errors before work is shared.
  • Supporting day-to-day website tagging operations by helping define requirements, reviewing requests, validating implementation, and strengthening QA and governance processes.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure digital measurement is aligned with reporting, analysis, and optimization needs.
  • Supporting personalization and experimentation efforts with audience analysis, measurement planning, test readouts, and insight generation.
  • Helping ensure testing and personalization decisions are grounded in a disciplined, data-driven approach.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate repeatable work, improve workflows, and strengthen analytics practices.
  • Supporting evolving measurement needs tied to organic growth, content performance, and emerging AI-driven traffic sources.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, web analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong experience in reporting, segmentation, analysis, and digital performance measurement.
  • Working knowledge of website tagging concepts, analytics QA, and data governance.
  • Experience supporting experimentation, personalization, or optimization initiatives.
  • Proven ability to solve problems independently and work effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with SEO measurement, content performance analysis, and digital growth strategies.
  • Experience in environments that are automating parts of the analytics workflow.
  • Exposure to measuring and interpreting emerging traffic patterns, including AI-driven traffic sources.
  • Experience evaluating or working with analytics tagging QA tools.
  • Power BI experience is preferred.

Benefits & Perks

  • Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hire
  • Automatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)
  • Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide
  • Robust PTO offerings including major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer time
