Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting mental health assessments and ongoing evaluations of client needs through video conferencing.
• Collaborating with clients to create and implement individualized treatment plans, guiding them on their journey to recovery.
• Providing life skills and coping strategies that enable clients to manage daily stresses and improve their quality of life.
• Educating clients about available community resources, facilitating their access to additional support services as an advocate.
• Maintaining detailed documentation of client interactions while adhering to HIPAA regulations to safeguard privacy.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) issued by the appropriate state board.
• The ability to practice independently, free from supervision, with no disciplinary actions on your license.

Preferred Experience

In addition to the essential qualifications, candidates with the following experience will stand out:

• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience providing therapeutic services.
• Strong interpersonal skills that allow for building rapport with clients and understanding their unique perspectives.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, based on hours worked and experience. Additional benefits include:
