• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and concerns.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using a variety of modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain efficient scheduling by accommodating client appointments for optimal accessibility and effectiveness in treatment delivery.
• Engage in active collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and supportive staff, to enhance holistic care for clients.
• Document and maintain accurate clinical records through our electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with all applicable ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, keeping abreast of the latest advancements in mental health, including attending workshops and training opportunities.

Our counselors provide services to a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relational challenges. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Vermont.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal standards that govern counseling practices.
