• Conduct thorough clinical assessments with patients, evaluating their psychological, emotional, and social needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate solution-focused therapy techniques tailored to patient goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate effective counseling sessions, addressing issues such as grief, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics.

• Document all clinical activities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic health records to streamline communication and care coordination.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers in a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and their families.

• Provide educational resources and counseling to patients and families about mental health and coping strategies during challenging times.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying abreast of advancements in mental health care, legislation, and best practices.

As an LSCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work primarily with patients in hospice care, their families, and caregivers. This vulnerable population often navigates complex emotional challenges, including end-of-life discussions, grief, and existential concerns. Your expertise will play a crucial role in offering emotional support, encouraging healing through empathetic listening, and guiding them toward coping mechanisms that foster resilience.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid LSCSW license to practice in the state of Kansas.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, enabling rapport with patients and colleagues.

• Prior experience in hospice, palliative care, or mental health settings is highly desirable.
