Remote emergency roadside assistance is a service that provides help to drivers experiencing vehicle issues, such as flat tires, dead batteries, or lockouts, without requiring the technician to be physically present at the scene. Regular team check-ins and ongoing training also help remote agents stay connected and up-to-date on protocols.
