• Conduct thorough crisis assessments to evaluate the mental health status of clients experiencing acute episodes, employing state-of-the-art assessment tools and techniques.
• Provide immediate counseling and therapeutic support to individuals in crisis, utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency response teams when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of clients facing life-threatening situations.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and de-escalation procedures, focusing on maintaining a calm environment and preventing escalation of distress.
• Develop personalized crisis intervention plans based on rapid assessments, ensuring that clients receive appropriate follow-up care and referrals to specialized services.
