• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of students, identifying their social, emotional, and behavioral needs, and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each individual or family.

• Maintain precise and timely electronic clinical records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including educators, school psychologists, and caregivers, to provide holistic support for students.

• Facilitate psychoeducation groups for students and parents, focusing on effective coping strategies and resilience building.

• Stay informed about the latest research developments in mental health, integrating best practices into your clinical work.

This position focuses on working with a diverse group of students in the school system, encompassing various backgrounds and presenting a range of mental health challenges. You will engage with students experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral issues. The aim is to foster a supportive environment where students can learn to navigate their mental health challenges and enhance their academic and social outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) in the state of Kansas.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based psychotherapy modalities and solution-focused interventions.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong problem-solving abilities.

• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all clinical responsibilities.

• Experience working specifically in school settings or with adolescents is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in using digital health records systems and telehealth platforms.

• Exposure to family systems therapy and community resource connections.
