This Position reports to:

Global Head of People Analytics & Insights

As ABB Robotics embarks on its journey as a standalone global leader in automation, we are looking for an HR Tools Business Analyst. This role is responsible for driving organizational optimization and establishing global governance for HR tools. This role executes the global HR strategy by designing and aligning systems and processes to target operating model, while being sensitive to data privacy and security requirements. The position reports to the Global Payroll Transformation M&A Lead. This will be a global role with hybrid or remote model of work. Preferred candidates are from Europe, specifically from Krakow, Poland or Madrid, Spain or Bangalore, India.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own HR functional design of ServiceNow, Kainos and Cornerstone, Phenom, enabling global standardization and KPI monitoring
  • Experience in power platform technologies like PowerApps, PowerBI & Power Automate.
  • Act as Project Manager for ServiceNow HR design
  • Optimize system integrations
  • Partner with IS on verifying system capabilities and Day 2 design
  • Validate automation opportunities and leverage AI
  • Coordinate HR training with respective workstream owners

Qualifications for the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in "Day 1" environments and understands the nuances of a shared services landscape.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-8+ years' experience within relevant HR tools design and processes transformation
  • Experience transitioning tools and process structures into a shared services model.
  • Demonstrated success designing functionalities for global HR tools and standardized processes.
  • Strong understanding of data security and privacy.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels.
  • High level of accountability with a proactive, partnership-oriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Flexible working hours to support global time zones.
  • Willingness to travel for workshops and key project milestones.
  • Location: Spain or Poland or India
