Join the Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) team, where innovation meets hands-on development. TEE is a multi-disciplinary organization providing advanced test solutions that support the entire missile product lifecycle-from initial engineering and verification through production and sustainment.
As part of the TEE software team, you'll design and implement robust Windows-based applications used across engineering labs, production lines, and fielded environments. You'll work with state-of-the-art technologies to build integrated software systems that support some of the most advanced weapon systems in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and integrate object-oriented software applications using C# and C++ within Microsoft Visual Studio on a Windows OS platform.
- Create libraries, drivers, and tools that interface with test equipment instrumentation.
- Translate technical requirements into functional software solutions supporting engineering and production environments.
- Work both independently and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams, contributing across the full engineering lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and support test systems in on-site factory environments to ensure reliable operation and performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, OR an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in C#, C++, Java, Python, or Visual Basic for software development and integration.
- Experience working in Microsoft Visual Studio on Windows Operating Systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, especially in support of test systems and hardware integration.
- Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance required prior to start date.
