• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, ensuring the establishment of rapport and professional relationships while adhering to ethical standards.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, review treatment plans, and determine readiness for discharge when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and needs.
• Document client interactions meticulously, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Perform initial intake assessments to gather comprehensive background information and determine appropriate services for new clients.
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address clients' unique mental health challenges.
• Engage in individual supervision and participate in ongoing training to promote personal and professional growth.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to provide an integrated approach to client care.
• Embrace a growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and opportunities for skill development.

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals and families facing a range of mental health concerns. This may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and more complex psychological disorders. As an LMHC at Harmony Mind, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through varying challenges while adapting your therapeutic style to meet distinct cultural and individual needs.

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification is mandatory.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is required.
• Proficiency in using computers and common software programs, including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, and email platforms such as Outlook and PIMSy.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to diverse populations, including individuals and families, is preferred.
• Comfort and expertise in conducting intake assessments, along with strong assessment and diagnostic skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
