• Conduct individual therapy sessions and facilitate group therapy activities designed to support clients struggling with a range of mental health issues.
• Collaborate with senior therapists to develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all therapy sessions and client interactions, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards of practice.
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision and skill-building sessions where interns refine their techniques and discuss case management strategies with licensed professionals.
• Monitor and adjust treatment approaches based on client feedback, progress, and setbacks, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to evolving client needs.

This position involves working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding the unique needs of each demographic is essential in providing effective treatment. Our focus is on improving mental health outcomes through tailored approaches that respect every client’s journey.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active intern license in Washington State (such as LMHCA, MFT Intern, etc.) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport in a professional outpatient environment, showcasing empathy and respect for client backgrounds.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to clinical detail, enabling effective documentation and treatment tracking.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with telehealth services and electronic health record systems is a plus.
• Experience in group therapy facilitation or treatment planning would be advantageous.
