The Sales Support Intern - Presales supports Hyland's presales organization by contributing to a wide range of initiatives that help drive the sales cycle forward. From building compelling product demos to managing project documentation and supporting program coordination, this intern will gain meaningful, real-world experience at the intersection of technology and sales. Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.
    Assist in the creation and refinement of product demonstrations that showcase Hyland's solutions to prospective customers.
  • Support program management efforts by tracking project milestones, deliverables, and timelines across presales initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation including process guides, solution summaries, and supporting sales materials.
  • Collaborate with presales engineers and sales team members to gather information and contribute to active opportunities.
  • Compile and analyze data to produce reports and presentations that support presales decision-making and strategy.
  • Engage cross-functionally with teams across sales, product, and marketing to support requests and drive projects to completion.

Role Essentials
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited educational institution, preferably in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, with a willingness to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with a professional and tactful approach to all interactions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and maintain professionalism with internal and external stakeholders.
