Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) has immediate openings in our Boise office for commercial litigation attorneys with 9-10 years' experience or more.
Candidates must have an excellent academic background, proven writing, analysis, and research skills, and be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. Candidates must have litigation experience, including drafting and responding to discovery, drafting motions and motion practice, court appearances, taking and defending depositions, and mediation practice. This position requires significant client oversight and responsibility, so commitment to superior client service is essential. Trial experience is preferred but not required.
Candidates must be licensed in Idaho. A license to practice in Washington is preferred but not required. This is a remote position, but candidates should live in the Boise area to be considered.
