The program is recognized as ESSA Tier 1 (Strong Evidence) and featured by Proven Tutoring, a national initiative showcasing programs with the strongest research validation. Responsibilities
Lead online reading lessons through Zoom with groups of up to 4 students in 30–40 minute sessions.
Be available to teach during school and after-school hours (Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PST).
Use the provided curriculum, which includes detailed teaching steps and resources.
Track and communicate student progress with consistency.
Create an engaging, supportive classroom atmosphere that allows students to grow.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Comfort with Zoom and digital learning tools.
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
These qualities are a plus, but not essential.
Bilingual (Spanish/English).
Degree in education, English, literacy, or related areas.
Experience teaching phonics or early reading (K–3).
