Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients via our secure online platform, utilizing video conferencing tools for personal interaction.

  • Regularly monitor client progress, utilizing data and feedback to adapt treatment plans as necessary and ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on diverse individuals seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including but not limited to:
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
    • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
  • Proven ability to provide effective individual therapy, demonstrated through a minimum of two years of counseling experience.
  • Proficiency with digital platforms for therapy, including understanding electronic health record systems and video communication tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for strong therapeutic rapport and client engagement.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with telehealth practices and online therapy tools, allowing for smooth implementation of remote sessions.
  • Specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or similar modalities.
  • Experience with diverse populations and an understanding of different cultural dynamics that affect mental health.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
