As a Project Controls Program Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. The Opportunity

In this role you will:ย 

  • Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clientsย 
  • Assist in preparing client project funding documentsย 
  • Be a visible leader onsite, assessing engineer and contractor progressย 
  • Create and manage cost forecasts for key client developmentsย 
  • Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partnersย 
  • Manage and monitor project schedules, reporting on exceptions to the planย 
  • Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetingsย 
  • Proactively lead risk management efforts and reviewsย 
  • Support the final reconciliation of contracts and purchase ordersย 
  • Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risksย
