Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Electrical Designer / Engineer to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will bring 10–15 years of experience in electrical design, quality control, and project management, with a proven ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and maintain strong client relationships.
This role will be responsible for designing electrical systems for complex life-science and industrial facilities, performing quality reviews, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Novel’s standards and tools. The successful candidate will also support project coordination across disciplines and provide leadership on electrical scope execution.
