Sr. Electrical Engineering

Senior Electrical Engineer (Healthcare) 
Location: Austin, TX
Salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 

A highly regarded engineering firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join its growing Austin team. This is a leadership opportunity for a licensed professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead electrical design efforts for healthcare projects (hospitals, ASC facilities)
  • Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 designers and EITs
  • Review drawings, ensure code compliance, and guide technical development
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions

Qualifications:

  • Active Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license (required)
  • 6+ years of experience in healthcare electrical design strongly preferred
