This highly visible senior role will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and engineering execution, interfacing directly with internal and external executives to drive the subsidiary's growth.

    • Serve as the final technical authority with sign-off for all bids, ensuring alignment with the subsidiary's technical risk and governance standards.
    • Embed a "Safety-First" culture into the solution design phase, ensuring all proposed configurations meet or exceed industry safety and regulatory standards (UL/NFPA).
    • Own the intake, triage, and prioritization of customer requests, ensuring effective workload balance across the technical solutions team.
  • Product Roadmap & Closing the Loop
    • Formalize the "closed-loop" process, ensuring customer technical requirements, market trends, and field learnings are systematically fed back into the Product Roadmap.
    • Prioritize "Design for Serviceability" by ensuring sales configurations focus on long-term asset reliability, uptime, and ease of maintenance, rather than just the initial sale.
    • Provide clear technical recommendations and risk assessments to support long-term commercial strategy and bid positioning.
  • Executive Influence & Solution Leadership
    • Serve as the primary technical interface for internal and external executives, representing Ford Energy in high-stakes customer reviews and strategic business discussions.ย
