About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead Casne’s digital presence, govern our content library, and mastermind the visual quality of our high-stakes proposals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content & Brand Authority (30% of Time)

  • Technical Storytelling: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing materials for diverse audiences.
  • Omnichannel Strategy: Develop and manage engaging content across web, social media, print, and presentations.
  • Brand Governance: Ensure all marketing materials—from logos to tone—strictly align with corporate brand guidelines.
  • Asset Optimization: Maintain and refine corporate resumes and project descriptions to ensure consistency and impact.

Digital Presence & Lead Generation (25% of Time)

  • Executive Ghostwriting: Manage Casne’s social media presence, crafting professional posts for senior staff and engaging with industry audiences.
  • Digital Growth: Plan and manage content strategies to build brand awareness and drive SEO-optimized conversions.
  • Nurture Campaigns: Create and manage targeted email campaigns to move prospects through the lead funnel.

Collateral & Strategic Proposal Support (25% of Time)

  • Proposal Mastermind: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to craft compelling, tailored RFP/RFQ responses.
  • Visual Storytelling: Create and format professional brochures, flyers, and promotional materials for print and digital use.
  • Production Oversight: Manage the end-to-end production of marketing materials, ensuring 100% quality and consistency.

Industry Engagement & CRM Governance (20% of Time)

  • Event Leadership: Research industry events, prioritize attendance, and manage all logistics and communications.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Experience: 5+ years of work experience in marketing and communications for construction or professional services.

Technical Proficiency
