Your Role:

As a Regional Sales Manager in North America, you will drive strategic growth in one of our most critical markets. This is a remote position with approximately 50%travelrequired. Yourhunter focusedrole will involve developing and expanding relationships with both existing and new OEM and third-party manufacturing customers in the medical device industry.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

-Drive new business development and expand existing accounts to achieve profitable revenue growth.

-Develop subject-matterexpertisein our medical wire portfolio and customer applications.

-Translate customer requirements into alignedsolutionsleveraging Alleima capabilities.

-Build, execute, and evaluate business plans to meet organizationalobjectives.

-Provide value through strong collaboration-internally and externally.

-Support negotiations, pricing, agreements, and quoting activities.

-Demonstrate willingness and ability to perform cold calling and effectively manage CRM activities to drive pipeline development.
