As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at St. Patrick's, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the psychological and social needs of clients, thereby informing individualized treatment planning.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of your clients.
• Documenting patient progress and maintaining compliant and accurate clinical records in line with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of patient information.
• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Participating in regular peer consultations and team meetings to share insights, innovative practices, and case studies to continually improve service delivery.
• Providing psychoeducation to clients and families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health issues, treatment options, and available support services in the community.
• Staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health care, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice to improve patient outcomes.

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals at the detox center, facing challenges related to substance use and mental health disorders. Your clients will vary in age, background, and presenting concerns, allowing you to apply a diverse array of therapeutic techniques. Your mission is to support them through their recovery journeys, guiding them toward sustainable health and improved quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in using solution-focused interventions and evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, essential for effective treatment planning.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on patient-centered care.

• Experience working in detox or substance use treatment settings is highly valued.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and their application in treatment settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and their utilization in maintaining clinical documentation.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise. Additionally, you'll receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
