Position Overview

One to One Counseling, Ltd is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor to deliver high-quality telehealth counseling services from the comfort of your home. You will work during weekdays, from Monday to Friday, with a structured schedule of 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing essential support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing secure telehealth technology, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to guide clients through the therapeutic process, assisting them in processing emotions related to various mental health challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, regularly assessing progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Facilitate goal-setting discussions to empower clients in achieving their therapeutic objectives, whether that includes coping strategies, behavioral changes, or emotional healing.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proficiency in navigating EHR systems and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a variety of age groups and presenting issues.
• Knowledge of and experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Prior remote counseling experience, demonstrating adaptability to telehealth modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
