Senior Manager, Reimbursement - Central (remote) Regional - CO, WY, NM, ND, SD, KS, OK, TX, MN, IA, MO, WI, IL About Ceribell Ceribell is a medical technology company focused on transforming the diagnosis and management of patients with serious neurological conditions. The Ceribell System is a novel, point‐of‐care electroencephalography ("EEG") platform specifically designed to address the unmet needs of patients in the acute care setting, and is used in hundreds of community hospitals, large academic facilities and major IDNs across the country. Our entire team is driven by a shared commitment to transforming the landscape of critical care through our rapid seizure detection technology.

Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Manager, Reimbursement to join our dynamic team. As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for support on hospital inpatient NTAP (New Technology Add‐on Payment) implementation.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a cutting‐edge device and make a difference in patient care. What You'll Achieve Provide expertise in billing and coding practices specific to hospitals, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement. Support sales team reimbursement efforts and facilitate successful product adoption in inpatient settings.

Collaborate on Health Economics and Outcomes Research activities, gathering and analyzing data to support value proposition. Engage stakeholders such as hospital administrators and insurance companies to provide educational resources and address concerns. Ensure adherence to reimbursement regulations, guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Work with billing and coding specialists to analyze and resolve claim denials, improving documentation and coding accuracy. Foster collaboration with cross‐functional teams (sales, marketing, clinical, regulatory affairs) to align reimbursement goals with product development. Utilize reimbursement data to perform analysis and generate reports on trends, payment patterns, and financial outcomes.

What You'll Need to Be Successful Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, preferably with inpatient medical devices or pharmaceuticals. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer‐facing roles such as sales representative or hospital account manager.

In‐depth knowledge of inpatient and outpatient coding and billing in a hospital setting; pediatric and neonatal experience preferred. Knowledge of charge master and UB‐04 claim forms. Familiarity with NTAP and other reimbursement mechanisms.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate complex healthcare data. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast‐paced environment.

Travel: estimated 10%. Compensation $184,000 – $210,000 USD. Final salary will depend on skills, education, location, and experience.
