• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to identify presenting issues, histories, and specific treatment goals.
• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy through evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances and needs of each client.
• Establish therapeutic alliances with clients, fostering a safe space for trust, cooperation, and personal growth.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.
• Collaborate with schools and families to integrate therapeutic goals into the educational setting, creating a consistent support system for clients.

In this role, you will primarily work with school-age children and adolescents facing various mental health issues. This may include anxiety, depression, family conflicts, and challenges related to academic performance. Our focus is on delivering support that enables these young individuals to thrive emotionally and socially, ensuring their successful development both in school and home environments.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience delivering therapy in a clinical setting, preferably with adolescents or in a school environment.
• Solid clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.

• Experience working in a school-based setting or with educational institutions is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling techniques.
• Understanding of state regulations regarding mental health treatment and confidentiality.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, inclusive of performance-related incentives. Benefits include:
