Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments and clinical evaluations to accurately identify client mental health needs; develop personalized treatment plans based on individual circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services via secure virtual platforms, adapting treatment strategies to meet the unique requirements of each client.
• Establish a therapeutic alliance with clients, collaboratively setting meaningful goals and providing continuous support throughout their treatment journey.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused techniques, tailored to client preferences.
• Maintain meticulous documentation regarding therapy sessions, client interactions, and progress reports in accordance with organizational policies and industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our network serves a diverse population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse. You will work with clients from various backgrounds and locations, providing essential support and treatment to those in need. Your role as a mental health counselor will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes by offering tailored interventions that facilitate healing and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Possession of a current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport and a strong therapeutic relationship with clients via remote platforms.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion in addressing clients' mental health concerns.
• Strong organizational skills to manage therapy schedules and document progress effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing teletherapy or remote mental health services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate documentation and client management.
• Experience in working with specific populations, such as adolescents, families, or individuals with addiction issues, would be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

• The compensation package ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, contingent upon your caseload and experience.
