  • Translate complex legal and business topics into clear, engaging social media posts with broad audience appeal.
  • Schedule and publish social media in accordance with the firm’s social media editorial calendar using Sprout Social.
  • Manage the employee engagement tool (Clearview Social) and leverage platform capabilities to maximize reach and attorney engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels, noting trends and surfacing potential issues.
  • Keep abreast of trends and best practices.

Strategy & Planning

  • Lead the development and execution of the firm’s social media editorial calendar, ensuring consistent coverage of firm-wide initiatives, insights, events, media coverage, accolades, and other topics.
  • Identify trending topics and opportunities for firm participation, bringing a proactive and creative perspective to social media content planning.
  • Partner with design and editorial colleagues to ensure consistency with firm voice, tone, and visual brand standards.

Attorney & Stakeholder Support

  • Provide LinkedIn and social media training to attorneys, serving as an internal resource and offering guidance on best practices for professional social media presence.
  • Support attorneys in creating and refining their own social media content as needed.
  • Collaborate with business development, communications, practice groups, and other internal teams to create cohesive, high-impact social campaigns.
  • Coordinate approval processes with attorneys and firm leadership.

Measurement & Analytics

  • Monitor social media channels and measure performance across key metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and post performance.
  • Define KPIs and provide regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Apply an analytical mindset to refine social media strategy and demonstrate the impact of social media initiatives on the firm’s brand and business development objectives.
Digital Advertising Support
  • Support paid digital advertising initiatives including social media ads and search campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns including audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget management.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of social media or digital marketing experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating social media content creation and platform management.
  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn and other social platforms in a professional or corporate setting.
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into accessible, engaging messages.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Clearview Social, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with basic design tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to support the broader Marketing and Communications team with cross-functional initiatives that advance the firm’s marketing and business development objectives.
