Hometrack Real Estate Marketing is looking for a talented Real Estate Photographer to join our growing team in Savannah. The Role

We are seeking an on-call, part-time professional to cover the Savannah and Nearby Cities. As an innovator in real estate marketing, we require our photographers to be versatile, learning an array of digital services to keep our team at the forefront of the industry. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality residential and commercial interior/exterior images.
  • Execute additional services including 2D Floor Plans, Matterport tours, and Drone/Aerial imagery (if applicable)
  • Maintain a professional, punctual, and friendly presence on-site.
  • Upload raw files by 10:00 PM EST on the day of the shoot.  


Technical Requirements:

  • Experience: with professional Real Estate or Architectural Photography
  • Gear: Full-frame DSLR or Mirrorless camera with a wide-angle lens (16mm–17mm equivalent) and a sturdy tripod. (Canon/Nikon preferred).
  • Mobility: Reliable transportation and a smartphone.
  • Soft Skills: An impeccable eye for detail, strong communication, and a "customer-first" attitude.


Favorable Skills:

  • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (Drone Certified).
  • Experience with Matterport or similar 360° technology.
  • Professional Videography skills.
  • Advanced shooting techniques (HDR, Flambient, etc.).
