Healing One's Mind Wellness and Psychotherapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor. This position is completely remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct sessions from your home or a location of your choice. You will conduct sessions using secure and innovative telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and comfort for you and your clients.

• Conduct engaging individual counseling sessions via video chat, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Encourage open dialogues that explore clients' emotions, thoughts, and experiences to promote self-discovery and personal growth.
• Advocate for clients by understanding their needs and collaborating to set realistic and achievable mental health goals.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental well-being, devising personalized treatment plans tailored to their circumstances and needs.
• Implement solution-focused counseling approaches that utilize your clinical knowledge to enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and treatment progress in our secure electronic health record system.

Your counseling practice will primarily focus on stable adults grappling with low acuity mental health concerns. All clients will undergo pre-screening to ensure they are appropriate matches for virtual therapy. This means you won’t be tasked with managing severe or crisis-level cases, allowing you to concentrate on fostering ongoing improvement in your clients’ mental health while offering a safe and supportive space for dialogue about their experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold full licensure to practice without supervision (e.g., LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C).
• Demonstrated strong clinical skills, with the ability to formulate effective treatment plans and interventions based on best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, paired with a compassionate approach to client interaction.
• Proficient in the use of computers and telehealth systems for conducting sessions and maintaining documentation.

• Experience in providing mental health counseling via telehealth platforms.
• Prior work in outpatient settings, with an emphasis on developing treatment plans for diverse client populations.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and hours worked. Additionally, you will receive a monthly healthcare stipend as part of our commitment to supporting the health and wellness of our full-time counselors. We provide weekly direct deposits to ensure a consistent and reliable income.
