The Baltimore office of Nelson Mullins, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an Administrative Support Assistant to provide administrative support to a dynamic team of legal professionals. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to launch a career within a law firm environment while developing valuable legal and professional skills.
A Day in the Life
Responsibilities include providing administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and business professionals; processing expense reports; maintaining electronic and physical files; managing document production and mailings; entering time; assisting with trial preparation; and supporting various administrative projects as needed. This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth and expanded responsibilities, including exposure to legal processes, document drafting, and electronic filing in multiple jurisdictions. The Administrative Support Assistant will also have the opportunity to collaborate with legal teams and professionals across multiple Nelson Mullins offices, including Baltimore, Washington DC, and Virginia providing valuable exposure to a variety of practice areas and firm operations.

  • Salary/Wage Range: $48,000 - $55,000 annually. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for merit-based increases and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
