Role Overview

Turing is looking for Growth Equity professionals to work with our researchers to improve the performance of AI models. You will apply your expertise in evaluating high-growth companies, revenue scaling analysis, and minority/majority investment structuring to evaluate and train AI systems. If you enjoy solving complex problems in growth equity and are interested in shaping the future of AI in finance, please apply. No prior AI experience is required.


What Does Day-to-Day Look Like

  • Evaluate LLM models on growth equity topics such as growth-stage company valuation, unit economics analysis, and investment memo writing.
  • Create rubrics to assess model capabilities on tasks like revenue build modeling, cohort analysis, SaaS metrics evaluation, and deal structuring for growth rounds.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Growth Equity (e.g., growth-stage investing, late-stage VC, or growth-focused PE funds).
  • Strong grasp of growth-stage valuation, unit economics, scaling metrics, and investment structuring for minority and majority stakes.
  • Excellent English written communication.

  • CFA (Level I/II/III), MBA in Finance, or experience in high-growth operating roles.
